The short version

We collect the information you choose to send us through our forms and email, we use it to reply to you and deliver our services, and we never sell it to anyone. That's the whole spirit of this policy. The details follow.

Who we are

Renozer ("we", "us") builds self-running websites for local businesses. This website is renozer.com. You can reach us anytime at hello@renozer.com.

What we collect

• Form submissions. When you request a free audit, contact us, or apply for an offer, we receive the details you type in: your name, email, website address, and anything you add about your business.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve the site securely and quickly. We don't use this to identify you.

We don't run advertising trackers and we don't collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

• To prepare and send the free audit you asked for
• To reply to your questions and provide our services
• To keep the website secure and available

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask for one.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make this site work: Cloudflare (hosting and form delivery) and our transactional email provider (to deliver your form message to our inbox). Each processes data only to provide their service. We'll also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests and correspondence for as long as needed to serve you, then delete them when they're no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@renozer.com and we'll act on it promptly, no forms and no runaround.

Children

This website is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Substantial changes will be noted clearly.
