Terms of Service

The short version

We build your website, you own it outright, and if anything breaks in the first 30 days we fix it free. These terms spell that out properly.

Using this website

renozer.com is provided for information about our services. The content is accurate to the best of our knowledge, but pricing examples, savings estimates and the calculator are illustrations based on published market averages, not quotes. Your actual quote comes in writing before any work starts.

Our services

Renozer builds and optionally maintains static websites for local businesses. Every engagement starts with a written scope: what we build, what it costs, and when it's delivered. Nothing is owed until you approve that scope.

Payments

Builds are one-time fees agreed in writing before work begins. Optional care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; your site keeps working without one. Domains are purchased in your name and paid by you (roughly $12 a year), so they're always yours.

What you own

On full payment, you own the delivered website: the code, the content and the domain. You can move it, modify it or hire anyone else to work on it. We keep the right to describe the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

The 30-day guarantee

For 30 days after delivery, we fix any defect in our work free of charge, normally within 24 hours. This covers things that don't work as scoped. It doesn't cover new feature requests or changes you make to the code yourself.

The free trial offer

Where offered, the trial means we build and run a parallel site at our cost while your current site stays untouched. During the trial, your only cost is the domain. At the end you can buy the system as scoped, or walk away with no obligation.

What we don't promise

We promise the work, the structure and honest weekly reporting. Nobody can guarantee a specific Google ranking, and we don't. We also can't accept liability for indirect losses such as lost profits; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.

Content and conduct

You confirm the materials you give us (text, images, logos) are yours to use. We won't build sites for illegal activity or content that misleads consumers.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email hello@renozer.com first. We resolve issues directly and quickly; that's cheaper and faster for everyone than anything formal.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top always shows the current version. Work already agreed in writing stays governed by the terms in place when it was agreed.
